Text Banking

Your account information is never more than a text away with Westmoreland Community’s Text Banking. Need to know your account balance or recent history? Simply text a short command and get a reply in seconds.

 

Features Include:

-Check Balance

-View Transaction History

 

To activate Text Banking, login to your Westmoreland Community Online Banking, select “Services” from the menu, then “Mobile” and follow the prompts. Once set up, text a short command to 59289.

 

Short Commands:

BAL – Shows a list of your accounts with their available balances

HIST – “hist {account suffix}” shows a list of recent transactions on that account (ex. “hist 009″)

HELP – Shows a list of Short Commands and their functionality

STOP – Deactivate Text Banking
