As part of our commitment to provide you with better and more efficient banking services, we are pleased to inform you that we have expanded our CO-OP Shared Branching Network. Expanding the network will help us continue to provide the extraordinary member service you have come to expect, while enabling us to reduce hold time during your call to our member call center.
What is the CO-OP Shared Branching Network?
CO-OP Shared Branching Network is an organization that works behind the scenes to support credit unions. Keeping members’ needs in mind, CO-OP aims to strengthen the relationship of the credit union and its membership. In 2006, Westmoreland Community joined the CO-OP Shared Branching Network. Westmoreland Community’s participation in the CO-OP Shared Branching Network meant convenience when, where and how you want it. CO-OP Shared Branching connects you, the member, to more than 5,000 branches and over 2,000 self-service locations in all 50 states. You can conduct transactions just like you would at Westmoreland Community.
Beginning July 18th, we will expand our participation in the CO-OP Shared Branching Network. CO-OP Shared Branching Network will now be providing support though Westmoreland Community’s Call Center during high volume call times. As a result, you the member should see a reduction in hold time while calling Westmoreland Community.
As we prepare to expand our network we have updated our phone menu to better serve you. The updated menu options are as follows:
1 - Card Services Inquiries about Debit or Credit Cards including Lost or Stolen Cards
2 - Online Services Inquiries about Online Banking, Mobile App & Bill Pay Services
3 - Loan Services Inquiries about Loans including Applying, Payments & Payoffs
4 - Collections Inquiries about Past Due Loans & Visa Credit Cards
5 - Account Services Inquires about Accounts including History, Transfers & Stop Payments
6 - Audio Response Westmoreland Community’s 24/7 Telephone Teller System
7 - Hours of Operation All Branch Location’s Operating Hours
8 - CEO’s Office To Connect with Westmoreland Community’s CEO Maria LaVelle
9 - Dial By Name Directory Connect Directly with a Westmoreland Community Staff Member
